Environmental Adaptation of Construction Barriers under Intuitionistic Fuzzy Theory

The project of construction barriers removal is a comprehensive planning task and it demands suitable support for identification, priority ranking facilities necessary removal. This paper proposes multicirteria Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IF) ELECTRE model to decision makers in the process managing physically disabled high schools. IF approach used deal with complex problems, where decision-makers have ambiguities dualities evaluation considered solution. Hereby 17 schools are defined seven criteria determined by decision-makers. These further alternatives assessments. Each DM also evaluated linguistic numerical values, assigning them this way an importance according their background years experience. Weighted Average (IFWA) operator calculated achieve aggregated evaluations. Furthermore, concordance discordance sets indexes obtain dominance matrix final validated on city Split. Using theory, given problematic can be operated more effectively diminishing inaccuracy available information.
